Alexander Sanger Life story
Alexander C. Sanger is an American reproductive rights activist and the former Chair of the International Planned Parenthood Council. He is the grandson of Margaret Sanger, the founder of Planned Parenthood who opened America's first birth control clinic in Brownsville, Brooklyn, in 1916.
