"Supernanny," which featured British nanny Jo Frost, was a successful series for ABC for several years. When Lifetime decided to do a similar show, the cable network searched domestically for someone to help families with unruly children. That woman is Deborah Tillman, a Virginia-based child care specialist and author. Tillman visits parents throughout the U. S. who seek guidance as to how to best raise their children.
