Andrew Koppel Life story
Andrew Koppel's death was ruled an accident. The medical examiner says he died from acute intoxication due to the combined effects of alcohol, heroin, cocaine and the generic form of the painkiller Valium. The 40-year-old Koppel had been out drinking with a man he met at a Manhattan bar May 30.
