Andrew Oikonny

Andrew Oikonny, usually called only by his surname, is the nephew of Andross and his successor to the empire. Despite being a highly inexperienced pilot, he was originally part of the the Star Wolf team of Space Pirates which also consisted of Wolf O'Donnell, Leon Powalski, and Pigma Dengar.
