Andy Hardy Gets Spring Fever

In the small town of Carvel, Judge James Hardy (Lewis Stone) learns from a chemist and promoter that a plot of land always considered worthless is actually rich in bauxite, a mineral used to make aluminum. After verifying the claim, the judge urges his friends and neighbors to invest in the land with him.
