Anson Dodge Life story
Anson Greene Phelps Dodge was an American-Canadian lumber dealer and political figure. He represented York North in the House of Commons of Canada from 1872 to 1874 as a member of the Conservative Party. He was born in New York City, the son of William E. Dodge and Melissa Phelps, and educated in England.
