Anthimus VII or Anthimos VII Tsatsos, was the Ecumenical Patriarch of Constantinople from 1895 to 1896. He died in Halki, Turkey. In 1895, he criticized the encyclical Praeclara gratulationis publicae of Pope Leo XIII.
