Archibald Alexander McCall Life story
Biography. Archibald McCall and his elder brother Samuel were wealthy slave traders. Archibald lived in Philadelphia and sent his own trading vessels to Africa to supply this trade. They also challenged the 1761 passage of legislation that imposed import duties on slaves brought into the colony.
