Arroz Atollado

Arroz atollado is a Colombian cuisine dish from Cali, Colombia and the surrounding area. It is a typical dish of the Valle del Cauca department. Apart from rice, it contains chicken, pork, potatoes of various kinds, vegetables and seasonings.
