Artyom Alekseyevich Zakharov is a Kazakhstani cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam Astana Qazaqstan Team. He competed at the 2012 UCI Track Cycling World Championships and 2013 UCI Track Cycling World Championships. He won the silver medal in the omnium at the 2016 Asian Cycling Championships.
