Jacob Roberts, 29, broke his leg after a fall in the 4m depth, as well as in Pecatu village, while being chased by a dog, said AFP quoting local authorities.
The fountain was dry, but his leg, he was not able to. Witnesses say, there is a small amount of water was in the fountain, which held probably him alive.
Mr Roberts' calls for help were finally heard by a local.
The residents were looking for the feeding of cattle in the vicinity of the area in an isolated part of The Village , told the news outlet the Bali Sun. He alerted The Local authorities.
He had lifted out of the three men in protective suits"He looked thin and injured," South Kuta Police Chief Yusak Agustinus Suuai, said Mr Roberts' condition when he was found, on Saturday.
" Local search and rescue chief Gede Darmada, said Mr Roberts, was lifted out of a carrying three men, according to The Local search-and-rescue Agency, Basarnas Bali .
Mr Roberts, was lifted on a Stretcher . and it was said from The Village to a nearby hospital,In a statement on Instagram, Basarnas, Mr Roberts was taken to the BIMC Nusa Dua hospital.
Pecatu village, is located in the North of Bali , near the popular tourist hotspot of Nusa Dua.
It was not clear whether Mr. Roberts was a resident or a tourist in Bali .
Bali has been on lockdown for months because of The Virus outbreak, although several places have now began to carefully open the back.
