Naruhito: Japan's Emperor proclaimed the enthronement in ancient ceremony
Japan's Emperor Naruhito has officially announced his ascension to The Throne in an elaborate ceremony.
The Emperor , 59, officially, his rule in may, started after the abdication of his father, the then Emperor Akihito .
But, after a series of traditional rituals in the interior of the Imperial Palace in Tokyo, his ascension to heaven, has now been formalized.
The Ceremony comes as Japan reels from the effects of Typhoon Hagibis, the left killed almost 80 People .
