Barbara Madsen Life story
Barbara Madsen is an American jurist and a current Associate Justice of the Washington Supreme Court. She joined the court in 1993 as the first woman to be popularly elected to the Court in Washington state history. She was re-elected in 1998, 2004, and 2010, and 2016.
