Beatrice Louisa Phipps Life story
Biography. Beatrice Louisa Phipps was born in 1897 in Woodhill, Queensland (Australia). She was the fifth and youngest daughter of Henry Phipps and Norma Hay. Beatrice married Raymond Ralfe on 18th November 1919 in Queensland. They had a son, Ian (1921-85).
