Bertram Roberson Pratt Life story
Bertram Roberson Pratt, 79, formerly a vice president of Pullman Heritage Bank, died Tuesday in his home in the Chatham neighborhood on the South Side. Col. Pratt served with the Army in the Pacific in World War II and was a retired commander of the 827 Tank Destroyers Battalion.
