Bobby Layne Life story
Robert Lawrence Layne was an American professional football quarterback for 15 seasons in the National Football League. He played college football at the University of Texas before being selected by the Pittsburgh Steelers with the third overall pick of the 1948 NFL draft and traded to the Chicago Bears.
