Boeli Van Leeuwen Life story
Boeli Van Leeuwen was born in Curaçao. Educated in the Netherlands, he went on to study law in Amsterdam and Barcelona. He has won numerous prizes for his fiction in both Europe and the Caribbean. The Sign of Jonah is his fifth novel and the first to be published in the United States.
