Boris Vainshtein Life story
Boris Konstantinovich Vainshtein was a Russian crystallographer. He headed the Laboratory of Protein Crystallography of the Shubnikov Institute of Crystallography RAS, and was the director of the institute, where he spent the majority of his career.
