Buu Loc Life story
Prince Nguyễn Phúc Bửu Lộc, was an uncle of Emperor Bảo Đại, and Prime Minister of the State of Vietnam in 1954. He was a great-great-grandson of Emperor Minh Mạng, the second emperor of the Nguyễn dynasty.
