Carolyn Ann "Callie" Khouri is an American film and television screenwriter, producer, and director. She is best known for writing Thelma & Louise, which won the Academy Award for Best Screenplay Written Directly for the Screen and a Golden Globe Award for Best Screenplay for the film.
