Captain Whisker

Captain Whisker (ウィスカー船長, Uisukā Senchou?) is an antagonist that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. He is a villainous robotic pirate who is somewhat hard to detest due to his clownish nature. Created by Dr. Eggman Nega, his purpose was to find and obtain the Jeweled Scepter.
