Carol-Eduard Novak is a Romanian road and track racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Continental team Team Novak. Initially a speed skater, Novak lost one of his feet in a car accident in 1996. Subsequently, he switched to cycling and emerged as a professional cyclist.
