CeCe Rhodes

Celia "Cecily" Rhodes (née Fitzgerald) is a recurring character in the Gossip Girl television adaptation. She is the mother of Carol Rhodes and Lily van der Woodsen and grandmother to Serena and Eric van der Woodsen, Chuck Bass, Scott Rosson and Lola Rhodes.
