Cecilia Frances Trollope Tilley was a British novelist. She was the daughter of novelist Fanny Trollope and the sister of novelist Anthony Trollope. Cecilia Trollope was one of seven children of Fanny Trollope and her husband, barrister Thomas Anthony Trollope.
