About Chaco Province
Chaco is a province in northeast Argentina known for its nature reserves and wildlife. In the far west, the Campo del Cielo is the site of huge meteorite impact craters. In the east, the streets and squares of the capital Resistencia are dotted with sculptures made by local artists during the city's Bienal del Chaco festival. The massive Puente General Belgrano bridge links Resistencia to the city of Corrientes.
