Chantal Wellard is a major character in the BBC TV adaptation of Jacqueline Wilson's novel The Story of Tracy Beaker. She is eldest of the Wellards and is fiercely loyal and loving to both Roxy and Rio, she is also the only one of the siblings to actually have a good relationship with her dad.
