Charles N. Fowler Life story
Charles Newell Fowler Sr. was an American lawyer and Republican Party politician who represented New Jersey in the United States House of Representatives from 1895 to 1911. Fowler's district centered on his native Union County, New Jersey. From 1895 to 1903, his district also included Bayonne and most of Essex County.
