Charlotte Craddock Life story
Charlotte Cradock was Henry Fielding's first wife. They had both been living in Salisbury, which is where Charlotte's family were from. They married on 28 Nov 1734 at the tiny church of St. Mary, Charlcombe, a secluded parish about one and a half miles north of Bath. Charlotte passed away in 1744.
