Chayanne

Elmer Figueroa Arce, better known under the stage name Chayanne, is a Puerto Rican Latin pop singer and actor. As a solo artist, Chayanne has released 21 albums and sold over 50 million records worldwide, making him one of the best-selling Latin music artists.

Early Life

Elmer figueroa arce. Better known as chayanne. Was born in san lorenzo. Puerto rico on june 28. 1968. He is the third of five siblings. And the only son of the marriage between elmer figueroa. A police officer. And irma luz arce. He shoewd an interest in music at a very young age. And at the age of eight he won his first singing competitoin.

Chayanne started his career as a member of the group los cihcos in 1984. They released two albmus. Los chicos and aventura. After that. Chayanne went on to pursue his solo career.
