Chen Fangyun Life story
Chen Fangyun was a Chinese electrical engineer. Considered the founder of radio electronics in China, he was pivotal in the development of telemetry, tracking and command systems that control China's satellites and missiles, and in the early development of the BeiDou satellite navigation system.
