Chung Pui-lam Life story
Chung Pui-lam, GBS, SBS, OBE, JP was the member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong and Sham Shui Po District Board. He became a Hong Kong government civil servant as his early career and later on studied law at the London University and University of Hong Kong.
