Chung Tấn Cang Life story
Admiral Chung Tấn Cang was a commander of the Republic of Vietnam Navy between 1963 and 1965. Cang took command in November 1963 after Captain Hồ Tấn Quyền, a Ngo Dinh Diem loyalist, was executed during the November 1963 coup that led to Diệm's ouster and execution.
