Ciro Gálvez Life story
Ciro Alfredo Gálvez Herrera is a Peruvian lawyer, songwriter, professor of Quechua and politician. As candidate of the Andean Renaissance party, he ran unsuccessfully in the Peruvian presidential elections in 2001 and 2006.
