Members of the Cousland family. Bann Sarim Cousland – took over the bannorn of Highever after Bann Conobar Elstan died. Teyrn Mather Cousland – organized a curfew and patrols within the city when the werewolves arrived; several other local banns supported his efforts by swearing oaths of fealty, making him their Teyrn.
