Crémas

Crémas also spelled Crémasse, is a sweet and creamy alcoholic beverage native to Haiti. The beverage is made primarily from creamed coconut, sweetened condensed evaporated milk, and rhum. The rum used is usually dark, however, white rum is used frequently as well.
