Cueritos

Cuerito is pig skin from Mexican cuisine, Venezuelan cuisine and Spanish cuisine. Cuero is the Spanish-language word for leather or hide, so cueritos means "little leathers". They are usually pickled in vinegar and can be made with a spicy sauce.
