After Eight draining weeks of culinary challenges, Thomas Frake, the last winner of the Bbc One MasterChef ' s.
The 32-year-old, who lives in London and works in Finance, beat 31-year-old David Rickett and the 24-year-old Sandy Tang, the 16 winners show.
Friday's grand final, The Remaining three chefs saw cook three courses for judges John Torode and Gregg Wallace .
Torode, described the winners as "a real talent" and "a grafter", while Wallace praised his "final style".
Thomas winning menu started with scampi, monkfish, still with an ox cheek main and finished with a salted caramel Pudding cake for dessert.
Wallace as his "extraordinary" effort "proper, old-fashioned, hearty grub", the "heart and soul into every single forkful".
Thomas is of the 16 winners since the 2005 relaunchThomas , who beat 59 other Hobby-winning chefs, the MasterChef 2020 trophy, said his victory was "A Dream ".
"I can't See Me , not in the food for the rest of My Life , because it makes me happy, Other People happy with it," he continued.
Born in East London and grew up with his three younger brothers in London and Kent, he now lives in South London with his girlfriend.
He Said , his ambition was to One Day itself a gastropub - "perhaps a classic East End boozer, or a scenic country pub. "
