Cyrus Chu Life story
C. Y. Cyrus Chu is a Taiwanese economist and politician. He holds a Bachelor of Law from National Taiwan University and PhD in economics from the University of Michigan. He joined the Department of Business Administration and Economics at National Taiwan University thereafter and was promoted to Professor in 1989.
