Dagnija Dreika, also known as Dagnija Dreika-Matule, born in 1951, is a Latvian writer, poet and translator. She studied at Riga Secondary School No. 50, the Liepāja Art School, later graduated from the University of Latvia, Department of French Language and Literature in 1980, and also studied English.
