Dalek Sec

Dalek Sec was the leader of the Cult of Skaro, and later, a Human-Dalek hybrid. Known for being given the capability to think beyond the normal scope of a conventional Dalek, he eventually resorted to unorthodox methods to keep the Dalek species alive.
