About Daniel Davis Jr.
Daniel Davis Jr. was an American photographer, daguerreotypist and ambrotypist. In 1842 Daniel Davis Jr. patented a method for colouring daguerreotypes through electroplating, and his work was refined by Warren Thompson the following year.
