David Mitchell "Rod" Rodriguez is a retired United States Army four-star general who served as the Commander of the United States Africa Command from April 2013 to July 2016. Rodriguez previously served as the Commanding General of the United States Army Forces Command from 12 September 2011 until 15 March 2014.
