David Pitcairn, 12th Of Pitcairn Life story
David "12th Laird of Pitcairn," Pitcairn was born about 1505 in Fife, Scotland. He was the son of Egidis "Gelis" (Melville) Pitcairn and Henry "11th Laird of Pitcairn & Drongy" Pitcairn (abt. 1475-1513). Gelis Melville had married Henry Pitcairn of Drongy on 21 August 1505.
