David Sargsyan Life story
David Sargsyan was the Minister of Finance of Armenia from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, he held the position of the Chief of Staff of the Government of Armenia from 2008 to 2013. During his tenure at the executive authority, he initiated a number of reforms.
