About DeBlanc
DeBlanc was an angel from Heaven and Genesis' custodian. After Genesis escaped, DeBlanc, along with Fiore arrived on Earth in human form. When they learned Genesis successfully merged with Jesse Custer, the two began making attempts on extracting Genesis from him.
