About Defterdar Mosque
The Defterdar Mosque, or the Defterdar Mahmut Efendi Mosque, is 16th century Ottoman mosque located in Eyüp, Istanbul, Turkey. It was commissioned by defterdar Nazlı Mahmut Efendi and built by architect Mimar Sinan in 1542.
