Delsin Rowe is the main protagonist of InFamous: Second Son. After living a human life for 24 years, Delsin, a graffiti artist and local delinquent of the Akomish Reservation, discovers he is a Conduit/Bioterrorist after touching a Department of Unified Protection captive named Hank.
