Dennis George Ruddock Herbert, 2nd Baron Hemingford, JP was the second and last Lord Lieutenant of Huntingdon and Peterborough between 1968 and 1974. Herbert was born on 25 March 1904 in Kensington, London, to Dennis Herbert and Mary Graeme Bell, daughter of Valentine Graeme Bell, as their first son.
