Derrick Alston Life story
Derrick Samuel Alston Sr. is an American basketball coach and former player. In February 2023, Alston became the second head coach of the Montreal Alliance of the Canadian Elite Basketball League. He previously coached primarily in the NBA G League, including as the head coach of the Westchester Knicks.
