Desi Piscatella Life story
Desmond "Desi" Piscatella was the Captain of the Guards at Litchfield Penitentiary and the overall secondary antagonist of the series. He serves as the main antagonist of Season Four and Season Five and a minor posthumous antagonist in Season Six. He is portrayed by Brad William Henke.
